‘The cuegle is a monster in Cantabrian folklore. Walking on two legs and roughly humanoid in shape, it has black skin, three arms without hands or fingers, five rows of teeth, a single stubby horn and three eyes in its head: one green, one red, and one blue. Despite its small size, it has great strength. The cuegle attacks people and livestock, and is reputed to steal babies from the cradle. It may be protected against by placing oak or holly leaves, which it finds repulsive, in the cradle.’ [Wikipedia]
Obviously I’ve taken some artistic licenses here, most noticably in giving him hands. My own version of the creature, not an exact reproduction.
So the last ‘art’ I posted was a month ago? ‘Dragon pants’? Uh, ok, dammit… hang on…
Here! My WIPs! All two of them.
Yeeeeah these will be finished… eventually… maybe next month.
Good news! I may finally have a solid idea for my first tattoo. After agonizing over options and being indecisive, I realized I shouldn’t be trying so hard. This is my FIRST tattoo, not THE tattoo. I should pick something nice, something I like, and save the other ideas for later. So this is what I came up with:
Deer skull & dogwood flowers.
That’s all I’ll say for now.
rebloobing this here since it’s sort of art-relevant, I guess?
Mostly gonna be reblogs & text posts. ZERO obligation to follow me there, I made it purely for self-indulgence.
It’s officially decided; from now on this blog will be 100% my own artwork and nothing else.
Other non-art related posts will be elsewhere (TBA).
THEY’RE DONE.

This is either the coolest or the lamest thing I’ve ever done, I’m not sure which.
Here’s a closeup:
